As Chief Operations Officer, Mario brings extensive experience in business development, sales systems, and process management, particularly within the realm of federal contracting. Mario is dedicated to helping contractors not only enter the government contracts space but also navigate it successfully, with systems designed for long-term sustainability and small business opportunities.

A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Josh discovered the world of federal contracting through his military connections. Witnessing how many small businesses struggled to secure government contracts and navigate the complex system, he set out to build a company that simplifies federal contracting and creates new small business opportunities for others. His leadership and firsthand understanding of federal operations shape the mission and values of Federal Nexus Group — service, integrity, and commitment.
